Jill Hartles

Jill joined Venture Group in 2005, bringing with her 18 years experience in the field of adult education, mainly in Northland. Her qualifications and experience in education span primary to tertiary, including roles as a learning assistance tutor, a youth social worker, a teacher and a Programme Manager at Northland Polytechnic.

Jill’s specialist area is adult literacy projects. This includes workplace literacy, tutor training, and the development of literacy resources and literacy strategies for different sectors.

Jill also works with individuals or groups of employees or students, including foreign students and new migrants requiring English as a Second Language (ESOL).
