The presenter

Dr Paul Duignan, of ParkerDuignan, is a Wellington based outcomes and evaluation expert who consults nationally and internationally. Paul helps government, DHBs, TLAs, NGOs and not-for-profits to identify, measure, evaluate and report on their outcomes. He’s also an entertaining and responsive presenter.
