Venture Group coordinates skills training and professional development seminars and workshops. We aim to build the capability of people working in Northland, through affordable, accessible, quality training.

We have developed three packages of workshops focusing on different levels and types of skills:

• Essential skills workshops: Our package of Essential Skills workshops will be of particular interest to those working in the community/voluntary/not for profit sector. We source highly skilled local people to present these workshops, which enables us to offer them at very affordable prices.

• Skills development workshops: This range of workshops is aimed at empowering managers and employees, using high quality presenters who can help workshop attendees develop higher skill levels and effectiveness.

• Advanced skills workshops: This range of workshops is aimed at answering the more specific requirements of higher level managers and employees, using high quality nationwide presenters who are experts in their field.

Practical Project Management
